I’m Dean Spinato, a business and marketing consultant and the Founder & CEO of Idea Stream Marketing. I help business owners connect their marketing, sales process, technology, and customer experience. We look at what is working, find the gaps, and build a practical plan for what comes next.

Let’s Talk About Your BusinessMy work includes building Idea Stream Marketing, launching ChatzyBot, developing a video and podcast studio, and bringing people and businesses together through Commack Day and the Commack Community Alliance. Each has required a clear message, practical systems, and people working toward the same goal.
As Founder & CEO of Idea Stream Marketing, I work across business development, brand strategy, websites, digital marketing, and content. That work gives me a connected view of how a business presents itself, attracts inquiries, and supports the customer experience.
Launching ChatzyBot brought AI and business communication together in my work. It informs the questions I ask about a technology project: what problem it solves, where it fits in the process, and how the business will use it.
An AI chatbot platform that answers visitor questions, captures leads, and connects to CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Developing a video and podcast studio expanded the way I help businesses communicate. It connects message development with the planning, production, and distribution needed to put useful content in front of an audience.
As Founder of Commack Day, I bring together businesses, vendors, sponsors, and the community. The work combines promotion with relationships, logistics, communication, and coordination across many moving parts.
A community festival in Commack, NY, with food, live music, and local vendors, supporting the Commack Fire Department, the Commack Ambulance Corps, and the Eric Spinato Foundation.
The Commack Community Alliance helps residents of all ages and backgrounds feel connected, supported, and empowered, working toward a stronger, more united Commack, together.
Local news and events, connections to community leaders, groups, and services, business spotlights and networking, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising for Valmont Survivors Park.
We talk through your goals, current challenges, and how the work gets done.
We review the relevant marketing, systems, customer touchpoints, and team responsibilities.
You receive clear recommendations, a practical sequence, and ownership for the next steps.
Depending on the engagement, I stay involved with your team, existing vendors, or implementation partners.
